Owner
Licensed Acupuncturist,
Chinese Herbalist
Elizabeth Roper Wilde, MSTOM, LAc, FABORM is the founder of Wilde & Well Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine and a New York State licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. She earned her Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science and is a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM), the highest level of board certification in acupuncture and Chinese medicine for reproductive health and fertility. Elizabeth treats a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic and sports injuries, headaches and migraines, stress and anxiety, digestive disorders, hormone regulation, women's health concerns, and nervous system dysregulation. She has a special clinical focus in fertility, IVF support, pregnancy, and postpartum care, combining evidence-informed treatment with compassionate, individualized care to support patients through every stage of their health journey. Her passion for Chinese medicine began through her own experiences as an athlete, when acupuncture became an important part of recovering from injuries and maintaining overall health. That experience sparked a lifelong appreciation for the body's remarkable ability to heal when given the right support and inspired her to pursue a career helping others do the same. She has also incorporated acupuncture throughout her own fertility journey, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery, giving her a deep appreciation for its ability to support the body through life's many transitions. Known for her thoughtful, personalized approach, Elizabeth creates a calm, welcoming space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their care. She believes the body functions best when the root cause of dysfunction is addressed, not just the symptoms, and works collaboratively with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan that promotes lasting health, balance, and resilience.

Elizabeth Piech, MSAc, LAc, received her training in Acupuncture from the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2017. She was born in New York City, and received her undergraduate degree from Amherst College. She has been interested in healthcare since she was a young child, and she is driven by her desire to help people be the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves. She believes that Traditional Chinese Medicine provides a coherent framework for approaching the body, mind, and spirit together, which allows her to observe patients as whole beings and not simply as a collection of their conditions. She has a particular interest in treating stress-related disorders, including physical pain, and psycho-emotional and gastrointestinal disorders. She believes in comprehensive treatments that address patients’ immediate complaints as well as their root causes.
